Lebanese, warm, healthy “Lentil kebbeh” is my kind of comfort food in this weather!
INGREDIENTS:
  •  500g orange lentils.
  •  1 cup fine bulgur.
  •  Kammouneh mix.
  •  Salt.
  •  Olive oil and/or butter.
DIRECTIONS:
1-Pick over lentils to remove debris & rinse with water many times.
2-Boil them to get lentil purée (the mix should be similar to yogurt consistency).
3-Add the purée to the bulgur & leave them for around 30 min. till the bulgur get softened.
4-Rub the mix with olive oil. Put it in a pan on the stove for warming.
5- serve it wit olive oil or molten butter & kammoune mix on the top.
