Here is a twisted western dessert ” Osmaliye cups with strawberries” are always a win!
INGREDIENTS
    • 200gr Osmaliye pastry.
    • 3 Tbs melted butter.
    •  150 ml whipping cream.
    •  1 Tbs sugar.
    •  2 Tbs keymar cream from puck.
    •  Strawberries.
    •  Maple syrup.
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Shred Osmaliye pastry, add melted butter & mix well.
  2.  Put it in a pan & bake in preheated oven until golden.
  3.  Meanwhile, with a whisk, mix whipping cream with sugar. When it thickens add keymar cream. Mix with a spatula and keep in the fridge for like an hour.
  4.  Break baked osmaliye pastry into small pieces.
  5.  Layering: in bowls, add a layer of osmaliye, cream then strawberries.
  6.  Repeat.
  7. Serve with maple syrup.
