Hummus Fatteh is a traditinal Lebanese  dish made of boiled chickpeas, fried/baked Pita bread and Yoghurt.
We enjoy it anytime!!
INGREDIENTS:
  • Boiled chickpeas (3-4cups).
  •  Yoghurt (500g)
  •  Pita bread (2 medium loaves).
  •  Garlic (2 cloves).
  •  Pine nuts.
  •  Butter.
  •  All spices.
  •  Salt.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut pita bread into cubes. Deep fry in oil.
2. For a healthier version drizzle bread with a Tbs of oil & grill it in the oven.
3. Mix yoghurt with garlic. (If using Greek yoghurt diluted with a bit of water).
4. Melt butter and fry pine nuts in it.
5. Assemble ingredients together bread, chickpeas then yoghurt.
6. Top it with pine nuts and all spices.
