Super easy and quick recipe for a brunch, dinner or as an appetizer!!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mushroom (sliced)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 slices rustic french bread
- 2 tsp mustard
- Fresh thyme
- Salt & pepper
- 1 Tbs oil
Directions:
- In a pan, heat oil , add garlic and sauté them for 2-3 minutes.
- Add mushroom & sauté for few minutes, then add thyme, salt and pepper. Mix them together.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven, spread mustard on bread slices, add mushroom mix and top it with cheese.
- Broil until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
