Nothing beats Lebanese Chicken Shawarma!
It is my all time favorite!!!
MARINADE:

1/2 kilo chicken breast

2 Tbs yogurt
-
1 Tbs minced garlic
-
1 Tbs white vinegar or lemon juice

1 Tbs chicken shawarma spices
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp white pepper
-
2-3 whole cardamon
-
2 cloves
-
Salt
DIRECTIONS:

Cut chicken breasts into slices.

Marinate them for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight)

In a pan, heat a full Tbs of oil, add marinated chicken slices in batches.

Sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side on medium-high fire.

Serve with garlic paste, mint leaves, pickles and fries.
