Super easy to make cake!
No need for special techniques, just mix the ingredients and throw it into the oven!!!
INGREDIENTS:

1.5 sweetened condensed milk (around 500 ml)

6 eggs

180 g all purpose flour ( 1cup+1Tbs)

1 Tbs Baking Powder

75 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Icing sugar, for dusting
DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Generously butter a 20 cm ring cake pan.

Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Pour the batter into prepared pan and bake for 25-30 min. or until risen and a skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean.

let it cool completely, dust with icing sugar.
