INGREDIENTS

400g baby potatos

1 Tbs olive oil
-
3 Tbs butter
-
1 Tsp oregano
-
1 Tsp thyme
-
5 garlic cloves (minced)

Red pepper flakes (optional)
Marinade:
-
1/3 cup soy sauce.

1 Tbs olive oil.
-
1 Tbs srirache sauce.
DIRECTIONS

Marinate beef in marinade ingredients.

Meanwhile, boil baby potatoes then cut into wedges.

In a skillet, heat olive oil & a tablespoon of butter.

Saute potato wedges for few minutes until golden. Put aside.

To the same skillet, add the remaining 2 Tbs of butter, herbs and garlic.

Add beef strips (in one layer) and cook on high/medium fire for 5-7 minutes.

Return potatoes to the skillet, add red pepper flakes.

Serve immediately.
