Super, easy and quick recipe for a brunch, dinner or as an appetiser!!
INGREDIENTS:

3 garlic cloves (minced)

2 cups fresh mushroom (sliced)

1/2 cup shredded cheese.

2 slices rustic french bread
-
2 tsp mustard
-
Fresh thyme
-
Salt & pepper
DIRECTIONS:

Saute garlic for 2-3 minutes.

Add mushroom & saute for few minutes, then add thyme, salt, pepper and mix them together.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven, spread mustard on the bread slices, add mushroom mix and top it with cheese.

Broil until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
