One of my favorite soups! Especially when accompanied with toasted french bread or croutons.
INGREDIENTS

2 Cups chopped asparagus

1 Cup chopped

1 Medium sized potato

1/2 Cup fresh cream
-
Olive oil, salt and pepper.
DIRECTIONS

Fry the veggies with olive oil, then add water & salt and bring to boil for 15-20 minutes.

When ready blend the veggies then add the fresh cream and the pepper.

Serve with croutons or french baguette.
