One of my favorite soups! Especially when accompanied with toasted french bread or croutons.
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cups chopped asparagus
  • 1 Cup chopped
  • 1 Medium sized potato
  • 1/2 Cup fresh cream
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fry the veggies with olive oil, then add water & salt and bring to boil for 15-20 minutes.
  2. When ready blend the veggies then add the fresh cream and the pepper.
  3. Serve with croutons or french baguette.
