Refreshing and fulfilling salad. I actually have it as a meal when I decide to eat light  & I enjoy it soooo much!!! INGREDIENTS: Rucola Tuna Cooked quinoa Mushroom Beetroots Corn DRESSING: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup olive oil 1 tsp mustard salt & pepper ENJOY 🙂
