Basic Salad . So Refreshing and  Fulfilling! INGREDIENTS: Boiled potatoes (2 medium sized) Tomatoes (2medium sized) Parsley (1/2 cup chopped) Mint (1/2 cup chopped) Spring onions (1/2 cup chopped) DRESSING: Lemon juice Olive oil Salt Easy and simple salad just mix all the ingredients together and adjust it to your taste.
