Here is a twisted western dessert ” Osmaliye cups with strawberries” are always a win! INGREDIENTS 200gr Osmaliye pastry. 3 Tbs melted butter.  150 ml whipping cream.  1 Tbs sugar.  2 Tbs keymar cream from puck.  Strawberries.  Maple syrup. DIRECTIONS: Shred Osmaliye pastry, add melted butter & mix well.  Put it in a pan & bake in preheated oven until golden.  Meanwhile, with a whisk, mix whipping cream with sugar. When it thickens add keymar cream. Mix with a spatula and keep in the fridge for like an hour.  Break baked osmaliye pastry into small pieces.  Layering: in bowls, add a layer of osmaliye, cream then strawberries.  Repeat. Serve with maple syrup.   ENJOY 🙂
