An elegant dessert to be served for your guests and family as well! INGREDIENTS: For the cream rolls: 2 cups Maida (250 gms) 25 gms Puff Margarine (use Golden Spread) 2 tsp salt (8 gms) 1 tbsp Sugar (16 gms) 12-16 tbsp Water as required to knead 160 gms Puff Margarine for laminating Dry Maida for dusting Milk for brushing Chocolate for coating Nuts / Cherries for decorating For the cream: 200 ml Whipping Cream DIRECTIONS: (You can check the video for more details) Once the rolls are cooled, remove it from the moulds. Dip the top of the rolls into some melted chocolates. Place it on a chilled plate and allow the chocolate to set. Pipe the fresh cream generously into the rolls as shown in the figure. Sprinkle some nuts or cherries. ENJOY 🙂
