Super easy, healthy and delicious!! INGREDIENTS:  3 cups cooked quinoa.  1.5 cups pomegranate seeds.  1/4 cup green onion (thinly sliced).  2 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar.  1 tbsp olive oil.  Salt. DIRECTIONS: Easy and simple, mix all the ingredients and enjoy the most refreshing salad!! ENJOY 🙂
