A perfect salad for a light dinner! INGREDIENTS: Kale (2cups) Red cabbage (1 cup) 1 Carrot(shredded) 1 Onion(chopped) 1 bell pepper (Cubes) Sesame seeds DRESSING: Garlic (2cloves chopped). Olive oil (1/4 cup) Sesame oil (1tsp) Soy sauce (1tsp) Apple vinegar (1tsp) Maple syrup (2tsp) Dijon mustard (1/2tsp) Red pepper flakes (pinch) Salt DIRECTIONS: 1-Heat olive & sesame oil. When fragrant add garlic, cook for 5 min on low heat. 2-When it cools down add all other ingredients. Mix & keep it in the fridge. 3-Debone Kale, chop and massage it with salt and olive oil. 4- Add to it carrots, cabbage, bell pepper, onions and the dressing. Mix 5- on the top add sesame seeds.
