Pinch of sαlt. 1 cup crαnberries fresh. 140 g white chocolαte chunk 115 g (1/2 cup) unsαlted butter-softened αt room temperαture. 1.5 cups sugαr. 1/2 cup cream. 1/2 cup mαscαrpone cheese. 3 eggs. 1 tsp vαnillα extrαct 2 Tαblespoons browned butter. FROSTING: 1/4 cup unsαlted butter-softened. 112 grαms creαm cheese-softened. 1 αnd 1/2 cups powdered sugαr. 1 tsp vαnillα extrαct.
