Try it and let me know what do you think about it!!! INGREDIENTS:  1 noodles pack.  700g medium shrimp, peeled and deveined.  1 Tbs olive oil.  300g mushrooms, sliced.  1 red bell pepper, sliced.  2 zucchinis, sliced.  2 carrots, sliced.  2 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro. FOR THE SAUCE: 1/3 cup soy sauce.  3 cloves, garlic, minced.  2 Tbs brown sugar.  1 Tbs sriracha sauce.  1 Tbs oyster sauce.  1 Tbs freshly grated ginger.  1 tsp sesame oil. DIRECTIONS: 1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar, sriracha sauce , oyster sauce, ginger and sesame oil; set aside. 2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook noodles according to package instructions; drain well. 3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
