Brownie Cookies are your new addiction! Believe it or not !
Simple ingredients that are available in every pantry,
30 min and enjoy this feeling of real happiness and joy

- 200 g dark chocolate.
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
- 2 large eggs.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla.
- 1 cup all purpose flour.
- 3 Tbs cocoa powder.
- 1 tsp baking powder.
- 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt.

Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees an line 2 baking trays with parchment paper,
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt until combined.
- place the butter and chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie, heat until melted. check them every few seconds so that they don’t burn. set aside.
- In another bowl, add eggs, sugars and vanilla. mix on medium to high speed for 5-6 minutes.
- With the mixer on, pour melted chocolate and butter, mix.
- Sift in the dry ingredients, mix gently with a spatula. don’t over mix!
- Scoop the dough on the tray, make sure to keep a space between them.
- Sprinkle a bit of salt.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-13 minutes.

Notes:
- Cookies will be soft when out of the oven, let them cool well.
- The top of the first batch will have a cracker top than the others, but the texture remains the same.
- You can press the top of the cookies during baking (if you feel that they are not spreading well).
