Super easy and quick recipe for a brunch, dinner or as an appetizer!! Ingredients: 2 cups mushroom (sliced) 3 garlic cloves (minced) 1/2 cup shredded cheese 2 slices rustic french bread 2 tsp mustard Fresh thyme Salt & pepper 1 Tbs oil Directions: In a pan, heat oil , add garlic and sauté them for 2-3 minutes. Add mushroom & sauté for few minutes, then add thyme, salt and pepper. Mix them together. Meanwhile, preheat oven, spread mustard on bread slices, add mushroom mix and top it with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted and bread is toasted. ENJOY 🙂
