A simple, soft and chewy granola bars recipe that’s delicious as-is or can be adapted based on your favorite dried fruits or nuts 🙏🏻forgive me for the 1/4 cup butter , it s divided on 15 bars so u ll have ~ nothing in one portion 😉 INGREDIENTS  2 cups old fashioned rolled oats.  1/2 cup almonds (chopped).  1/3 cup honey.  1/4 cup unsalted butter (pieces).  1/4 cup light brown sugar.  1/2 tsp vanilla extract.  1/4 tsp salt.  1/2 cup dried cranberries.  1/4 cup chocolate chips. DIRECTIONS 1. Mix oats and almonds, add them into a baking greased tray. 2. Bake for 5 min, stir and bake for additional 3-5 min until toasted. Transfer them to a larger bowl. 3.
