I love all kinds of pasta dishes! Quick & easy to prepare, flavourful & fulfilling!. I prepared this Creamy Lemon Shrimp Linguine literally in 20 min. INGREDIENTS  500 g Linguine pasta  500 g shrimp, peeled/deveined (tail can be left on or off)  1 Tbs olive oil.  3 tsp minced garlic, divided.  1 Tbs butter.  1 Tbs lemon zest.  1/2 cup lemon juice.  1 cup chicken or vegetable stock.  1 cup cooking cream. OPTIONAL: Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling Chopped basil or parsley, for garnish  Red pepper flakes. DIRECTIONS 1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, and drain it. 2. In a large pan heat 1 Tbs of olive oil .
