INGREDIENTS  Beef (1.5 kg).  1 tsp black pepper.  1 tsp paprika.  1/2 tsp cinnamon.  1 tsp salt.  Bay leaves.  Cinnamon sticks.  Cloves.  Onions (2 medium sized).  Garlic (1 whole).  Carrots.  Baby potatoes (or potato wedges).  Mushrooms  Sweet corn. For the gravy:  2 Tbs butter.  2 Tbs flour.  2.5 cups beef stock. DIRECTIONS 1. Wipe beef with tissues to get rid from extra blood. 2. Rub it from all sides with pepper’s mix. 3. Heat a pan, add veg. Oil, and sauté beef from all sides on high heat. Add to it bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves and veggies. 4. When done, move them all to oven bag, add extra veggies( potatoes, mushrooms, carrots). 5. Add hot water to the baking pan, and roast it for one hour and 15 min.
