It’s Cherry Season,
One of my favorite fruits! 
Last day I had many,  I said why not preparing some jam!!
It was my first trial and thanks God it turned out so yummy!
From the texture to the sweetness and the flavor, just perfect.
Kids loved it sooooo much too!!!
Ingredients:
          • 6 cups cherries
          • 1/4 cup water
          • 1.5 cup sugar
          • 3 Tbs lemon juice
Directions:
  1. Wash the cherries very well
  2. Remove the pit from each cherry , and chop each one into 3-4 pieces.
  3. Place them in a large pot, add water and bring to boil over medium heat. Boil for 20 min.
  4. Add lemon juice and  sugar and stir until well dissolved.
  5. Boil again for 30-40 minutes, depending on how much liquid is in your cherries and how thick you prefer the jam to be.
  6. Keep on stirring from time to time because sugar burns quickly.
  7. When done, pour the jam into jars.
  8. Place the jars top facing down.
  9. Once cooled (completely), reserve them in the fridge.

P.S: This quantity made 2(250 ml) jars.
