Fajitas is one of my favorite meals.
No wonder I make it so often!!
Healthy, quick and easy recipe.
INGREDIENTS:

1 kilo chicken breast.

1.5 tsp sweet paprika.

1/2 tsp black pepper.

1/2 tsp garlic powder.

1 Tbs Barbecue sauce.

1 Tbs Soy sauce.
-
1 tsp mustard.

Veg. Oil.

2 onions (sliced).
-
3 colored bell peppers (sliced).
-
Shredded cheese.
-
Mashed avocados ( I don’t like guacamole so much ).
DIRECTIONS:

Marinate chicken with the spices mix and sauces for at least 2 hours, preferably one night before.

In a pan, sauté chicken for few minutes then add onion and bell pepper slices.

Fry on medium-high fire until golden.

Spread the mix on tortilla bread with shredded cheese. Heat it.

serve with mashed avocados, or Guacamole and Mayo/Mustard sauce.
