Fajitas is one of my favorite meals.
No wonder I make it  so often!!
Healthy, quick and easy recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
  •  1  kilo chicken breast.
  •  1.5 tsp sweet paprika.
  •  1/2 tsp black pepper.
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
  • 1 Tbs Barbecue sauce.
  • 1 Tbs Soy sauce.
  • 1 tsp mustard.
  • Veg. Oil.
  • 2 onions (sliced).
  • 3 colored bell peppers (sliced).
  • Shredded cheese.
  • Mashed avocados ( I don’t like guacamole so much ).
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Marinate chicken with the spices mix and sauces for at least 2 hours, preferably one night before.
  2. In a pan, sauté chicken for few minutes then add onion and bell pepper slices.
  3. Fry on medium-high fire until golden.
  4. Spread the mix on tortilla bread with shredded cheese. Heat it.
  5. serve with mashed avocados, or Guacamole and Mayo/Mustard sauce.
