Nothing beats Lebanese Chicken Shawarma!
It is my all time favorite!!!
MARINADE:
  • 1/2 kilo chicken breast
  • 2 Tbs yogurt
  • 1 Tbs minced garlic
  • 1 Tbs white vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs chicken shawarma spices
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 2-3 whole cardamon
  • 2 cloves
  • Salt
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Cut chicken breasts into slices.
  2. Marinate them for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight)
  3. In a pan, heat a full Tbs of oil, add marinated chicken slices in batches.
  4. Sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side on medium-high  fire.
  5. Serve with garlic paste, mint leaves, pickles and fries.
