A childhood dessert!!
INGREDIENTS

5 eggs

600 ml milk

250g sugar (~ 1.75 cup)

Vanilla
-
Lemon zest
Take a minute and enjoy this beauty
Some helpful tips:

The pan should be non-stick
-
do not stir the sugar, just swirl the pan to ensure even colouring.

Heat milk do not boil.
-
Leave the remekins to cool.

Chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

To turn out each caramel, run the point of a sharp knife arounfd the top edge of each ramekin, place a dessert plate on top and invert.
