Who said you can’t have junk food in a healthy way?!
Let’s prepare fish fingers at home and from scratch!
Easy meal that will take 20 min to be ready!
INGREDIENTS
Fish fingers:

750 g fish filet (cut them finger shape).

2 eggs (beaten with a pinch of dried rosemary).

1.5 cup flour.

2 cups bread crumbs (add to it dried rosemary).

1/2 tsp of paprika.
-
Pinch of black pepper.
-
Salt to taste.
Potato wedges:
-
Potatoes.
-
Pinch of paprika.
-
Pinch of dried rosemary.
-
Vegetable Oil.
Tartare Sauce:
-
1/2 cup Mayonnaise.
-
1/2 Tbs pickles (diced).
-
1/2 Tbs pickles water.
DIRECTIONS
Fish Fingers
1. First you need to add salt, paprika and black pepper to the fish.
2. Then you start by covering them with flour, then dipping them in eggs, and covering fish pieces with bread crumbs! So simple and easy!!!!
3. Refrigerate fish fingers covered until its time for frying or baking.
4. I fry them on medium heat in a bit of oil (1-2 Tbs) 7-8 minutes from each side.
Potato Wedges:
1. Cut potatoes into wedges.
2. Sprinkle salt, paprika, and dried rosemary.
3. Spray oil.
4. Bake into preheated oven for around 30 min.
5. Check them from time to time. (They may need less or more, it depends on you oven).
Tartare Sauce:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Chill for few hours for best results.
