“Surimi Quinoa Salad” refreshing salad for anytime of the day

1 cup quinoa,(cooked according to package).

Surimi (imitation crab).

1 mango, chopped

1 avocado, chopped

1 green onion, chopped,salt
DRESSING:

6 Tbs olive oil.

5 Tbs lemon juice.

1 garlic clove, finely minced.

1 Tbs honey (or maple syrup).

Salt and pepper.
