“Surimi Quinoa Salad” refreshing salad for anytime of the day

 

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup quinoa,(cooked according to package).
  • Surimi (imitation crab).
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped,salt
DRESSING:
  • 6 Tbs olive oil.
  • 5 Tbs lemon juice.
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced.
  • 1 Tbs honey (or maple syrup).
  • Salt and pepper.
