A perfect salad for a light dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
  •  Kale (2cups)
  •  Red cabbage (1 cup)
  •  1 Carrot(shredded)
  •  1 Onion(chopped)
  •  1 bell pepper (Cubes)
  •  Sesame seeds
DRESSING:
  •  Garlic (2cloves chopped).
  •  Olive oil (1/4 cup)
  •  Sesame oil (1tsp)
  •  Soy sauce (1tsp)
  •  Apple vinegar (1tsp)
  •  Maple syrup (2tsp)
  •  Dijon mustard (1/2tsp)
  •  Red pepper flakes (pinch)
  •  Salt
DIRECTIONS:
1-Heat olive & sesame oil. When fragrant add garlic, cook for 5 min on low heat.
2-When it cools down add all other ingredients. Mix & keep it in the fridge.
3-Debone Kale, chop and massage it with salt and olive oil.
4- Add to it carrots, cabbage, bell pepper, onions and the dressing. Mix
5- on the top add sesame seeds.
