Lebanes breakfasts are always the best!
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 kg all purpose flour.
  • one pack instant yeast(~7g).
  • 1 Tbs sugar.
  • 1 tsp salt.
  • 1 Tbs yoghurt.
  • 2 cups warm water.
  • 1/2 cup oil(I used olive oil).
DIRECTIONS:
1- mix dry ingredients.
2- add yoghurt,then water slowly while mixing with oil.
3- work the dough on a clean surface.
4- put it in a pot cover it with cling film and a towel. Keep it in a warm dark place (oven) for few hours.
