Light and Refreshing!
One of my favourite childhood dessert
INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 cups of water.
  • 2.5 cups of sugar.
  • 2.5 cups of milk (powdered).
  • 10 Tbs flour.
  • 1 egg.
  • Vanilla.
  • 2 Tbs cacao.
  • Biscuits (plain).
  • 1/2 cup hot water.
**(You can substitute water and milk with 10 cups of liquid milk).
DIRECTIONS:
1- Mix milk, water, flour, sugar, egg and vanilla. Keep on stirring the mixture on low fire until it thickens (lighter than yoghurt density). 2- Place the biscuits in the bottom of the tray, add half the milk mixture.
3- Add another layer of biscuits.
4- On the side mix about half a cup of hot water with 2 Tbs of cocoa, mixed well and add it to the other half of the milk mixture.
5-Add it on the second layer of biscuits.
6-Finally top it with a third layer of biscuits.
7-when it cools down, put in the fridge for about 4-5 hours.
