INGREDIENTS:
  •  3 cups cooked quinoa.
  •  1.5 cups pomegranate seeds.
  •  1/4 cup green onion (thinly sliced).
  •  2 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar.
  •  1 tbsp olive oil.
  •  Salt.
DIRECTIONS:
