“Spicy fish”, traditional Lebanese dish specially in North Lebanon makes a great combination with “Spicy Potatoes” or “Batata Harra”
INGREDIENTS

500 g fish

1 red bell pepper sliced

5 garlic cloves diced

1 bunch of corainder chopped
-
2-3 fresh chili sliced
-
Pinch of cummin
-
Pinch of dried corainder
-
Pinch of salt
-
2 Tbs of olive and cooking oil
DIRECTIONS

Sprinkle fish with olive oil and salt, Bake for 20 minutes.

Saute bell pepper, garlic, chili then add coriander, cummin and dried coriander. Mix.

Top baked fish with this mix and serve.
