Easy healthy quick recipe with the tomato citrus twist that can be added to your soup list!
Enjoy it with some chili flakes and a pinch of dried basil.
INGREDIENTS:

5 tomatoes, or 500 grams grape tomatoes.

5 garlic cloves.

1 onion.

1.5 cup of water.

4 basil leaves.

1 cup fresh cream.

72 Tbs olive oil.

DIRECTIONS:

Cut tomatoes into 4 pieces each.

place them in an oven tray with garlic cloves and onions.

Sprinkle salt and olive oil.
-
Grill for 20 min.

Peel garlic and place them all in a casserole.
-
Add water and basil leaves. Let it simmer for few minutes.

Remove basil, blend, add cream and serve.
