Refreshing and fulfilling salad.
I actually have it as a meal when I decide to eat light  & I enjoy it soooo much!!!
INGREDIENTS:
    • Rucola
    • Tuna
    • Cooked quinoa
    • Mushroom
    • Beetroots
    • Corn
DRESSING:
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • salt & pepper
