INGREDIENTS
  • 400g baby potatos
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 3 Tbs butter
  • 1 Tsp oregano
  • 1 Tsp thyme
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
Marinade:
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce.
  • 1 Tbs olive oil.
  • 1 Tbs srirache sauce.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Marinate beef in marinade ingredients.
  2. Meanwhile, boil baby potatoes then cut into wedges.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil & a tablespoon of butter.
  4. Saute potato wedges for few minutes until golden. Put aside.
  5. To the same skillet, add the remaining 2 Tbs of butter, herbs and garlic.
  6. Add beef strips (in one layer) and cook on high/medium fire for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Return potatoes to the skillet, add red pepper flakes.
  8. Serve immediately.
