Any Tacos lover here?!
I love Mexican food , especially meals like Tacos. No ahead preparation, 20 min and you have the ultimate, most delicious wrap/shell .
The ingredients are so simple and available in most pantries. And let me tell you something, the cilantro lime cream sauce makes a huge difference in the taste.
You need to try it ASAP!!!!!!!

 

 Ingredients:
For The Chicken:
      • 500g Chicken Breast                                                           
      • 2 Tbs Oil
      • 2 Tbs Tomato Paste
      • 1 Onion, chopped
      • 3 Garlic cloves, chopped
      • Salt (as desired)
      • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
      • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
      • 1 tsp Cumin
      • 1 tsp Dried Coriander
      • 1 tsp Paprika
      • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

 

For Cilantro Lime Cream Sauce:
      • 1/3 cup Cilantro
      • 2 tsp Lime Juice
      • 1 tsp Sugar
      • 2 Tbs Yogurt
      • 2 Tbs Mayonnaise
      • 1/4 cup Cream
For The Salad:
      • Iceberg Lettuce
      • Shredded Carrots
      • Mayonnaise
Tortilla bread.

 

Directions:

 

1. Marinade chicken with paprika, black pepper and garlic powder.
2. Sauté Chicken slices until they are well cooked and golden. 4-5 minutes from each side. Remove them on the side.
3. In the same pan, add oil then the tomato paste, onion, garlic and fry till they are soft.
4. Add the spices (dried coriander & cumin) and fry further.
5. Return back the chicken and mix well.
6. You have to make sure its dry mixture, turn off the and keep aside.
7. For Cilantro Lime Cream Sauce: In a mixer, add the ingredients mentioned and pulse till smooth sauce.
8. If you need more liquid then add either little more cream or milk.
9. For Slaw, mix iceberg with shredded carrots and mayo. Add salt and black pepper.
10. Serve in tortilla or taco shells.
