Maybe FOOD in Lebanon is the most thing we enjoy (after family time for sure). But I really miss my  kitchen and kids need to have homemade meals. So here is the first recipe for 2021,  “Bulgur B Dfin” An authentic Lebanese dish, made of bulgur, chickpeas, onions and meat chunks with a pinch of cinnamon. It brings a lot of childhood memories, especially at my grandparents home. Some people call it “Moghrabiye kezzebe” or fake moghrabiye, since they have  almost the same flavors. P.S: You can skip the meat and make it vegan. Ingredients 2 cups bulgur 2 cups boiled chickpeas 500g small onions 500g lamb chunks 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 2.5 cups meat & onion stock salt (as desired) Directions Start by boiling the meat.
