I love all kinds of Fatteh especially during Ramadan. It is so refreshing and nutritious.

INGREDIENTS

    • 500gr yoghurt.
    • 2 garlic cloves (minced).
    • 1 Tbs tahini.
    • 150gr shrimp (I add to it paprika, salt & a bit of garlic powder then sauté it with a bit of oil).
    • Fried or grilled eggplants (cubes).
    • Fried or grilled pita bread.
    • Fried pine nuts.(if you like add a bit of butter).

 

DIRECTIONS
    1.  Mix yoghurt with Tahini & garlic.
    2.  Assemble ingredients together: Bread then eggplants then yoghurt mix and on the top shrimp with pine nuts.
    3.  Add a pinch of paprika.
N.B: I prefer to keep bread on the side so that it keeps its crunchiness.
And each one adds it to his bowl.
