INGREDIENTS
  • 300 gr osmaliye pastry.
  • 100 gr melted butter.
  • 150 gr Ikkawi cheese (soaked in water the night before & drained).
  • 50 gr shredded Mozzarella.
  • Syrup.
DIRECTIONS
1- Cut osmaliye pastry (when half frozen easier) into 5 cm pieces.
2- Separate them from each other, then add melted butter and mix them well with your hands, so that the butter gets into the pastry.

3- Put 2/3 of pastry quantity in bowls. Make sure to cover it all with the .
4- Add cheeses then the rest of the pastry.Press with your hands on the top of it.

5- Into the oven for around 30-40 min (it depends on your oven, sides should be golden) . After 15 min in the oven I turn the fire on from the top side too.
6-When done, flip it in plates and serve warm with syrup and some pistachios.
