We all know that broccoli has a lot of health benefits. It contains “Folate” which has been found to decrease risk of several cancer types (breast,colon,pancreatic…) Broccoli also helps in improving bone health, looking younger (high vit. C content), improving digestion.
That’s why I always try to incorporate broccoli into our diet. Broccoli soup is one of the easiest recipes I’ve ever made.
INGREDIENTS:
  • Broccoli
  •  Leek (around 1 cup chopped)
  •  1 potato (medium size)
  •  1/2 cup fresh cream ( u can add more if u like it creamier)
  •  1 Tbs olive oil
  •  Black paper & salt to taste
All what u have to do is sauté vegetables, add water, let it boil, blend it, add cream and pepper.
