It’s summertime and we all need quick easy recipes!
Few ingredients, 20 min and your meal will be ready!
It’s full of nutrients, rich and so satisfying!
You will love  the cream/lemon combination.
Sprinkle some parsley and Serve it with any kind of carbs that you like! Rice, Pasta or Mashed potatoes.
INGREDIENTS
              • 600 g chicken breast (cut into strips)
              • 1/4 cup flour
              • 3 Tbs butter
              • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
              • 1 1/4 cup chicken broth (or water)
              • 1.5 cup cooking cream
              • 3 Tbs lemon juice
              • 2 tsp mustard
              • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
              • salt & pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
1. Sprinkle chicken strips with salt and pepper, then coat with flour, shaking off excess.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy, then remove aside.
3. Add garlic into the pan stir for few seconds.
4. Then add cream, chicken broth (or water) lemon and mustard. Bring to simmer and scrape the bottom of the pan to dissolve brown bits into the liquid.
5. Return chicken to the pan, add parmes
an then simmer rapidly for few minutes or until sauce thickens.
6. Serve with rice, pasta or mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Spoon over Lemon Sauce and serve!
