We are having cheese rolls almost every iftar! For a change I tried these feta spinach rolls and they turned out amazing🤩!

INGREDIENTS
  •  200g Feta cheese.
  •  Half cup shredded mozzarella.
  •  200g frozen spinach (squeeze out water).
  •  Puff pastry.
  •  Salt and pepper
  •  Egg yolk for egg wash or fresh cream .
  •  Black sesame or nigella seeds for sprinkle.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Crumble feta cheese in a mixing bowl.
3. Add Mozzarella , spinach, salt and pepper.
4. Mix well.
5. Cut puff pastry into the desired size.
6. Place spinach cheese mix onto the pastry.
7. Roll them.
8. You can press the edges.
9. Place spinach rolls onto the parchment paper.
10. Brush the top with egg wash or fresh cream.
11. Sprinkle with black sesame or nigella seeds.
12. Place the tray into the oven and bake until golden in colour (around 15 min).
13. Serve immediately.
