INGREDIENTS
    •  Beef (1.5 kg).
    •  1 tsp black pepper.
    •  1 tsp paprika.
    •  1/2 tsp cinnamon.
    •  1 tsp salt.
    •  Bay leaves.
    •  Cinnamon sticks.
    •  Cloves.
    •  Onions (2 medium sized).
    •  Garlic (1 whole).
    •  Carrots.
    •  Baby potatoes (or potato wedges).
    •  Mushrooms
    •  Sweet corn.
For the gravy:
  •  2 Tbs butter.
  •  2 Tbs flour.
  •  2.5 cups beef stock.
DIRECTIONS
1. Wipe beef with tissues to get rid from extra blood.
2. Rub it from all sides with pepper’s mix.
3. Heat a pan, add veg. Oil, and sauté beef from all sides on high heat. Add to it bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves and veggies.
4. When done, move them all to oven bag, add extra veggies( potatoes, mushrooms, carrots).
5. Add hot water to the baking pan, and roast it for one hour and 15 min. The bigger the beef, the more time it needs to be well done.
6. When cooked, let it cook for few minutes, then cover it with aluminium foil and let it chill in the ref. For at least one hour before slicing it.
7. For the gravy: melt butter, add flour, cook them for few minutes, then add progressively beef stock (all liquids left in the oven bag). Mix well until it thickens.
8. Before serving, I usually re-sauté roast beef slices & veggies with a bit of butter.
9. Serve with the gravy and enjoy ❤️.
