Brownie Cookies are your new addiction! Believe it or not !
Simple ingredients that are available in every pantry,
30 min and enjoy this feeling of real happiness and joy

 

Ingredients:
        • 200 g dark chocolate.
        • 1/2 cup unsalted butter.
        • 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
        • 1/2 cup light brown sugar.
        • 2 large eggs.
        • 1/2 tsp vanilla.
        • 1 cup all purpose flour.
        • 3 Tbs cocoa powder.
        • 1 tsp baking powder.
        • 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt.
Instructions:
        1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees an line 2 baking trays with parchment paper,
        2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt until combined.
        3. place the butter and chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie, heat until melted. check them every few seconds so that they don’t burn. set aside.
        4. In another bowl, add eggs, sugars and vanilla. mix on medium to high speed for 5-6 minutes.
        5. With the mixer on, pour melted chocolate and butter, mix.
        6. Sift in the dry ingredients, mix gently with a spatula. don’t over mix!
        7. Scoop the dough on the tray, make sure to keep a space between them.
        8. Sprinkle a bit of salt.
        9. Bake in preheated oven for 12-13 minutes.
Notes:
  • Cookies will be soft when out of the oven, let them cool well.
  • The top of the first batch will have a cracker top than the others, but the texture remains the same.
  • You can press the top of the cookies during baking (if you feel that they are not spreading well).
