Basic Salad .
So Refreshing and  Fulfilling!
INGREDIENTS:
  • Boiled potatoes (2 medium sized)
  • Tomatoes (2medium sized)
  • Parsley (1/2 cup chopped)
  • Mint (1/2 cup chopped)
  • Spring onions (1/2 cup chopped)
DRESSING:
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
Easy and simple salad just mix all the ingredients together and adjust it to your taste.
