Easy healthy quick recipe with the tomato citrus twist that can be added to your soup list!
Enjoy it with some chili flakes and a pinch of dried basil.
INGREDIENTS:

 

    • 5 tomatoes, or 500 grams grape tomatoes.
    • 5 garlic cloves.
    • 1 onion.
    • 1.5 cup of water.
    • 4 basil leaves.
    • 1 cup fresh cream.
    • 72 Tbs olive oil.

 

DIRECTIONS:
  1. Cut tomatoes into 4 pieces each.
  2. place them in an oven tray with garlic cloves and onions.
  3. Sprinkle salt and olive oil.
  4. Grill for 20 min.
  5. Peel garlic and place them all in a casserole.
  6. Add water and basil leaves. Let it simmer for few minutes.
  7. Remove basil, blend, add cream and serve.
